Check-in is generally available 24 to 48 hours before your flight's scheduled departure. The check-in deadline varies by airline. Check the website of the airline you're flying with using the search tool above.

  1. Go to the airline's website or app and look for the “Web check-in” or “Online check-in” option.
  2. Enter your last name and your airline confirmation code (you can find these in your reservation).
    • Be sure to enter the information exactly as it appears in your reservation details.
    • Enter only your first last name. If that doesn't work, try entering both last names without spaces (e.g., “LópezCardozo”).
    • If your last name contains the letter “ñ”, replace it with “n”.

You can find it in your booking details or in the email we sent you when we confirmed your purchase.

If something didn't work, check these points:

  • Please make sure you're using the airline's confirmation code, not your reservation number.
  • Make sure you are within the range allowed by the airline.
